  • All orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase, excluding holidays and weekends. If expedited processing is needed please contact us at sales@skiclubapparel.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • All orders are shipped by priority mail USPS. The average delivery time is 5-7 days after shipment. Please contact us at sales@skiclubapparel.com if you would like to request expedited shipping.

  • Lost Packages - Please allow up to 10 business days after the order has shipped to arrive. If an order has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact us at sales@skiclubapparel.com for assistance.

    Stolen Packages - Please allow 5 business days after "marked as delivered" for your package to arrive. If items have not arrived within 5 days, please reach out to our support team at sales@skiclubapparel.com.

  • We offer free returns and exchanges on all non-sale items that are unused and unworn within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at sales@skiclubapparel.com to begin a return.

  • Every item you purchase was designed and printed in the U.S.A., some garments are sourced outside of the U.S.A., please refer to each product page for exact sourcing, blend, and care instructions.
